About the Firm...

            Vallone and Vallone, is a general practice law firm founded in 1932 by the Honorable Judge Charles J. Vallone.  Judge Vallone’s vision was to create a law practice that had a caring, personal relationship between the firm and its clients. 

            That vision continues today, Seventy-Five years later.  Our firm has grown from representing Queens to the entire city of New York.  We are proud to announce the Return of our Senior Partner the Honorable Peter F. Vallone.  Serving the Astoria Community as Councilman for over Twenty-Five years and as the City’s First Speaker of the City Council for over Fifteen years. 

            The Third Generation of Representation continues with the remaining Partners, the Hon. Peter F. Vallone Jr. as Councilman for Astoria Community, and Paul A. Vallone as the Manager Partner of the firm.  Perry C. Vallone, Esq., serves as Counsel to the Firm for Real Estate and Corporate Matters as well as Representation in New Jersey. 

            Our goal is to continue to provide unparalled legal services to our growing family of clients.  Each area of concentration, Elder Law and Estate Planning, Real Estate transactions, Civil and Personal Injury Litigations, Criminal Law, Business and Corporate clients receive full personal and professional representation.  Knowledge of the area, respect in the community and our specialization in these areas are critical for the successful representation of all of our clients.
